What this policy covers

This Refund Policy applies to new MailerRocket subscriptions purchased directly from MailerRocket. Our guarantee is designed for genuine cases where the product does not function as described and our team cannot resolve the issue promptly.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied in the first 7 calendar days after your initial purchase, contact Support and give us a chance to assist. If we are unable to resolve a verified issue, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Eligibility for a refund

  • You are within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription payment.
  • You opened a support ticket and cooperated with reasonable troubleshooting steps.
  • The issue is specific and substantive (e.g., a feature not behaving as documented).

Not eligible for a refund

  • Vague or non-substantive reasons (e.g., “changed my mind”) without any support interaction.
  • Requests made after the 7-day window.
  • Accounts found in violation of our Marketing & Anti-Spam Policy or Terms.
  • Renewals or partial months already elapsed; cancelling stops future billing but doesn’t backdate refunds.
  • Third-party fees or services not billed by MailerRocket.

We cannot offer a refund for vague, non-substantive, or purely personal reasons, especially where no issue was reported to Support or no reasonable opportunity to assist was provided.

How to request a refund

  • Step 1: Visit support.mailerrocket.com and open a ticket within 7 days of purchase.
  • Step 2: Include your account email, order info, and a clear description (screenshots or logs help).
  • Step 3: Work with our team on troubleshooting. If we cannot resolve the issue, we’ll process the refund.

Cancellations & renewals

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law, we typically do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods.

Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days to reflect on your statement.

Disputes & chargebacks

If you believe a charge is in error, please contact Support first. Initiating a chargeback before we can investigate may delay resolution and could lead to account restrictions while the dispute is reviewed.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
